EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH

CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCCESS

Gallant works closely with many outreach organizations to help teach, train, sponsor and provide opportunities to community members in the construction trades. We partner with Houston city colleges and high schools to supplement classroom learning with hands-on opportunities. 

We provide full-time employment with an hourly wage and full benefits to students taking courses toward a college degree. This allows students of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds to gain experience early in their career and create the foundation to be succesful in the construction industry.​​
